Product Details
Dried tomatoes is one of the main products of Apulian gastronomy and is a product that, if well kept, can be stored almost all year round. It is strictly obtained from elongated and very juicy tomatoes.
The drying process we follow is all natural and free of any type of machinery.
Here it is below:
The tomatoes are first washed and cut in half lengthwise.
They are then placed on a net and generously sprinkled one by one with salt.
The tomatoes are then exposed directly to sunlight.
Once dried, they are sanitized and ready for consumption.
