Orticolè Line

Orticolè is our line of products chosen and selected with care, to guarantee our most demanding customers absolute freshness and a very high quality standard. In fact, all the products in the line are subjected to even stricter quality controls than our other products, respecting high quality standards as well as being packaged in bio-degradable packaging.

The Orticolè line includes:

Our "Heart of Artichoke", that is clean violet artichokes and deprived of the stem, in certified and guaranteed tray of 6 or 4 pieces,

The "Cuor di Zucca": it is peeled and cleaned butternut squash, cut into cubes and placed in a 500-gram tray.

The “Fiori di Broccoli”, that is the softest and most flavourful part of our broccoli, that of the inflorescences, which are carefully cut from the body of the whole broccoli, selected and placed in a 500-gram tray, ready to cook.

Our fantastic "MIx di Rosette", an imaginative composition of broccoli, romanesco and white cauliflower.
