Established in 2007, but already rich in a long family tradition, the Colella Lucia farm specializes in the production of tomatoes, dried tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, artichokes, peppers, broccoli, cabbage, asparagus and zucchini.

With over 400 hectares


To satisfy the increasing demand from the customer, we have started a cooperative that can rely on a production of over 400 hectares. Hence the extension of new crops: for the colder period we find broccoli, artichoke, savoy cabbage, cauliflower, Romanesco cabbage, pumpkin; while for the warmer season: asparagus, rocket, melon and eggplant.

THE CERTIFICATIONS

ISO 22005
ISO 22005 incorporates the Italian standards UNI 10939: 01 relating to the "Traceability system in the agri-food supply chains" and UNI 11020: 02 relating to the "traceability system in agri-food companies" and applies to the entire agri-food sector. The design of a traceability system must necessarily define the following aspects:
flows of materials
legislation and documents applicable to the traceability system.


QS SYSTEM
The QS system is a quality assurance system aimed at offering quality and food safety guarantees from the field to the counter. The heart of the QS certification refers in particular to:

Salmonella monitoring program
Residue monitoring.


STANDARD IFS
The IFS Standard aims to encourage the effective selection of food suppliers under the GDO brand, on the basis of their ability to provide safe products, compliant with contractual specifications and legal requirements. It is one of the recognized food safety standards. by the Global Food Safety Initiative, an international initiative whose main purpose is to strengthen and promote food safety throughout the supply chain.


HACCP CERTIFIED
HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point. In simpler words, it is a control system, relative to the production of food, which has as its objective the guarantee of hygienic safety and edibility.
GLOBAL GAP GRASP
It is a standard for good social practice inspections. The GRASP module is a voluntary tool, therefore there are no mandatory minimum levels of compliance. In the event that full compliance is not achieved at the conclusion of the audit, GlobalG.AP recommends the development of an action plan aimed at continuous improvement, but taking into consideration the risks identified, the possibilities and the company's resources.


GLOBAL GAP
The Global GAP defines good agricultural practices relating to the essential elements for the development of the best production technique. The protocol was created in order to meet the growing needs of food safety and respect for the environment.


ORGANIC PRODUCTS CERTIFICATION
Since 2007, the EU has made mandatory the use of the common organic brand (the green flag with the leaf of European stars) for all packaged products, made in the territory of the European Community, which contain at least 95% of ingredients. BIO. The code of the control body and the actual origin (Italy / EU / non-EU) of the constituent ingredients must be indicated next to the European trademark. When you read Italy (or Spain, France, etc.) it means that 100% of the ingredients have been grown on the national territory.
