La Savoyor savoy cabbage( (Brassica oleracea sabauda var. L.) var. sabauda L . even named Milan Cabbage(or lombard cabbage of savoy cabbage), is a variety of Brassica Oloraceasimilar tocabbage, but differently from this it has wrinkledleaves, rippled and that have notable ribs, It's a biennial plant with dense roots, not really deep, and it has an erect stem and it rarely lasts over 30 cm.
Its head, green or red-violet, is not really compact; its inner leaves have a colour that belongs to yellow and white. It's cultivated in various areas of Italy and it's a well known vegetable. It's a natural anti inflammatory, it helps curing artrosis.
