This artichokes, that has a brilliant violet colour, with fleshy and tender scales, guarantees the best results into its production and it's really resistant to climate changes.
The artichoke is selected while collecting for its size and quality.
It's really important to collect it with some of its leaves aside, because they help preserving it by bumps during transport.
